SyncNode respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to every part of SyncNode — the website, dashboard, API, and the data you send through us to upstream providers.
We use the data we collect strictly to:
We do not use your API inputs or generated outputs to train models, share with third parties for advertising, or analyze them for purposes outside the ones above.
SyncNode uses trusted third-party services for authentication, database storage, payment processing, and CDN delivery. These services process limited data per their own privacy policies. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
When you make a generation request, your input is forwarded to the upstream AI provider you chose (e.g. Replicate, OpenAI, FAL, Alibaba). Their handling of that input is governed by their own privacy policies — review the policy of any provider you connect.
Account data is retained as long as your account exists. Task records and metadata are retained indefinitely so you can audit usage history, but you can soft-delete individual tasks from your dashboard.
If you close your account, we delete or anonymize identifying data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons.
We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember your dashboard preferences. We use lightweight analytics to understand which pages get traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — some features may not work without them.
All traffic to SyncNode is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Provider credentials are stored encrypted at rest. We apply standard access controls and audit logs to our infrastructure. No system is perfect, so if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
You can access, export, or delete your account data at any time from the dashboard. If you're a resident of the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under applicable privacy laws — including the right to request a copy of your data and the right to object to processing. Email us to exercise any of these rights.
