By accessing or using SyncNode, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, do not use the service. SyncNode is operated as a unified AI API gateway that routes your requests to upstream providers (Replicate, OpenAI, OpenRouter, FAL, Alibaba DashScope, and others) using your own provider credentials.
You must be at least 13 years old to use SyncNode. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including any usage that consumes your balance or triggers auto-recharge.
Keep your API key and access token confidential. Treat them as you would any other credential.
SyncNode requires you to store your own API keys for the upstream providers you want to use (Replicate, OpenAI, FAL, Alibaba, etc.). Any costs incurred on those provider accounts are between you and that provider — SyncNode is not party to that billing.
SyncNode charges a flat per-call fee on top, billed against your SyncNode balance.
Pricing is pay-as-you-go: $0.02 per AI generation call, $0.005 per moderation call. New accounts receive $5.00 of free starting credit. When your balance falls below the cost of the cheapest call, your saved card (if any) is charged for your configured auto-recharge amount.
All charges are final. Refunds may be offered at our discretion for service interruptions or billing errors — contact us within 14 days of the charge.
You may not use SyncNode to generate, distribute, or process:
SyncNode does not claim ownership of content you generate. Rights to outputs are governed by the terms of the upstream provider you routed through. SyncNode caches generated media only to deliver it back to you (and optionally to upload it to your configured CDN host) — we don't reuse your outputs for training or analytics.
SyncNode is provided "as is." We aim for high uptime but make no guarantee of uninterrupted service. Upstream provider outages, rate limits, or model changes are outside our control. Enterprise plans may include explicit SLAs — contact sales for details.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time if we suspect misuse, fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. We will refund any unused balance on a terminated account unless the termination is for fraud or chargeback abuse.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice. Continued use of SyncNode after an update constitutes acceptance.
